Famous Ukrainians - Souvenirs

Here I've gathered links to memorabilia of Ukrainian celebrities that are famous in the West that you can buy directly through eBay. Not all famous Ukrainians (for example, Yulia Tymoshenko) have souvenirs currently available, so they are not currently listed here.

If you don't yet have an eBay account, it's easy to sign up and begin participating in the online auctions. Most of the goods below can be bought for just a few dollars.

Contents:

Klitschko brothers | Andriy Shevchenko | Milla Jovovich | Yuschenko | Ruslana | Horowitz

The Klitschko brothers back to contents

Vitaliy (or "Vitali") and Vladimir (or "Wladimir") Klitschko are world-famous heavyweight boxers and some of the most famous Ukrainians alive. Vitali recently left the ring and ran for mayor of Kiev. He lost, but he has plans to devote himself to politics.

Andriy Shevchenko back to contents

Ukraine's world-famous soccer player and national pride. After playing for Kyiv Dynamo, he played for Milan for many years and recently switched to Chelsea (London).

Milla Jovovich back to contents

This sexy actress was born in Kiev and moved to London with her family when she was five.

Viktor Yuschenko back to contents

In westerners' minds Yuschenko is still the "victor" of the Orange Revolution.

Ruslana Lyzhychko back to contents

Ruslana isn't quite as famous as the Klitschko brothers, but she made quite an impression on Europeans during the Eurovision 2005 song contest, which she won with her "Wild Dances" performance.

Vladimir Horowitz back to contents

This legendary pianist was of Jewish-Ukrainian descent and was born in Kiev, but continued his career in the West. Many consider him the finest pianist of the 20th century.
