Pictures of Uzhhorod

Uzhhorod is a multi-cultural city at the far west end of Ukraine on the Slovak border and is the capital of Zakarpattia Oblast. In the past hundred years it has changed hands on average every 20 years (between Hungary, Czechoslovakia, and the USSR and Ukraine). Uzhhorod can be reached by train from Kiev and has an airport.
