Ferry Travel in Ukraine

You can cruise to Istanbul and a few other locations from both Odessa and Yalta. This information is almost nonexistent on the web. The ship leaves Yalta's port every Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. and arrives in Instanbul Thursdays at 11:00 a.m. After two and a half days in port the ship leaves Saturday at 22:00 and arrives in Yalta at 9:00 Monday. There are several accommodation options. To book a cruise call (0654) 32-30-64 or 23-03-02 (Russian speaking only).

For more information visit the following websites:

- letsgoistanbul website with info on getting to Ukraine via ferry from Istanbul
- Ukrferry website with routes, schedules, and prices (Odessa port only)

There are also ferries between Sevastopol and Odessa and Mykolayiv (Nikolaev), but I do not have any schedule information at the moment.
