TryUkraine.com has partnerships with two travel agencies in Kiev that carry out all hotel bookings through our website.
1. At the home page and other pages of TryUkraine.com visitors have the chance to book hotels in Ukrainian cities online using a credit card. This service is performed by our partner site Kiev-Hotel.com, where you will be taken immediately after entering your booking information. There you will be asked for your credit card information after choosing an accommodation option. Your personal information and credit card number are encrypted using sophisticated encryption technology.
Kiev-Hotel.com is run by Discover Ukraine travel agency, headquarted in Kiev, Ukraine. This agency was created by friends of mine specifically to provide travel services (primarily hotel reservations) to foreigners. Kiev-Hotel.com offers booking services for comfortable hotels around Ukraine that are modern enough to be able to provide advance registration guarantees and up-to-date availability information over the Internet and who provide travel agencies with discount booking prices. Hotels that would not meet typical foreigners' expectations are not included in the booking system. New hotels around Ukraine are added regularly by demand.

2. In addition to this online booking service, TryUkraine.com has a booking form for destinations not included in Kiev-Hotel.com's data base. These reservations are carried out by hand by SunCity Ltd. travel agency, a long-time partner of TryUkraine.com. SunCity Ltd. focuses on serving foreigners in Ukraine and is involved in developing Ukraine's network of youth hostels. After filling out the booking form, visitors will be contacted by a representative of SunCity and offered accommodation options to match their request. Read about SunCity's payment conditions here.
